Applicability of terms and conditions
Any use of our website and/or services, as a visitor to the website or as a guest, constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions and obligates users to understand, accept, and agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.

Terms and Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms are used and defined:

• GUAPALONA: Guapalona provides experiences, tours, and much more in Barcelona.

• GUESTS: Guests are Guapalona's customers, who use the platform to make a reservation or communicate with local hosts.
   

Legal entity
Guapalona is a personal project of Maria Sancho (46607740B), whose office is located in Barcelona.

Reservations (for guests)
All booking requests made through Guapalona (on the site or in the app) will be confirmed by email on the date and time selected and with the requested host. This does not preclude Guapalona from requesting a change of host, time, or date.
Upon request, reservations are subject to confirmation by Guapalona based on the availability of the event or tickets, if applicable. Guests are responsible for payment, and Guapalona guarantees that the reservation will be confirmed or declined within 48 hours maximum.
A reservation is only valid if Guapalona confirms it by email. Guests booking at Guapalona will appreciate our cancellation policy.
 

Payments
To make a reservation, you must pay 100% of the total amount of the experience in advance. In this case, you pay the total amount indicated on the website, which is payable to Guapalona, within 48 hours after the booked event has been confirmed.
Once you (as a guest) have made the payment, you will have settled your payment obligation, which is the final settlement of Guapalona's claim against you as a guest.

Proprietary Material
Guapalona content may not be used or copied without the explicit permission of Guapalona. All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formats, graphics, layouts, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs, music, sounds, images, software, videos, designs, typefaces, and other content (collectively, "Proprietary Material") on this website are the property of Guapalona or are used with the owner's permission. This Proprietary Material is protected in any form, media, or technology. Users may not copy, download, use, redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from this website without Guapalona's prior written consent.

Warranties
Guapalona does not warrant that this website and/or our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Guapalona may correct, modify, amend, expand, enhance, improve, and make any other changes to the website and services at any time or discontinue displaying or providing any content or feature without notice to any user.

Issues and Complaints
In case of a complaint or issue with the platform, application, or services, please contact Guapalona to resolve the issue. In the case of a complaint about an event, you agree to contact Guapalona within 1 day after the complaint has arisen and agree to cooperate with and assist Guapalona in good faith. As a guest, you agree that in the event of a no-show, you will not be refunded. You can also review our cancellation policy.
Any claim or complaint against Guapalona in relation to the service must be made promptly, but in any event within 14 days of the booked event. Any claim or complaint made after the 14-day period may be rejected, and the claimant will lose his or her right to any compensation (for damages or costs).

To the extent permitted by law, these T&Cs and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law, and all disputes arising out of these T&Cs and our services shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Spain.
